Newcross Healthcare Solutions, one of the UK’s largest technology enabled care providers, has  launched a live in care service for people who require support and stability living in their homes.

Care Quality Commission, Care Inspectorate Scotland and Care Inspectorate Wales registered Newcross Healthcare, has a workforce of over 165,000 registered healthcare workers providing fully trained and vetted staff into multiple care settings including care and residential homes, the community, care in the home – including complex care – , the NHS, and now, for the first time, Newcross is providing dedicated live in care support.

Claire Reader, chief operating officer, community care at Newcross, said: “Newcross has over 28 years in providing the right carers, at the right place and at the right time. We have seen an increasing demand to provide our services to people in the comfort of their own home.

“For many, ensuring the right care is on hand in the comfort of their own, or a loved one’s own home, provides peace of mind and support and stability for those we most care about. Not everyone requires complex care support, often it’s something as simple as providing support with cooking, shopping, visiting friends or local clubs.

“Importantly, we can get the right carer and level of support in place quickly, but more importantly there should not be a compromise on quality of care provided. Our processes ensure the best carers are available quickly to support those that need support.”
