When you think of London’s largest Care Event you think of the The Care Show (ExCel) and when you think of London’s largest Registered Manager Meeting Network you think of LCAS – (London Care and Support Forum).

So, it makes sense to bring them both together in April where LCAS will be holding its RM meeting at the Care Show Keynote’s Theatre on Wednesday 24th April 3:00 - 3:45

It is highly significant as its Social Care’s flagship exhibition and conference Show at the London ExCel, with 1000's of managers, owners and directors from care providers in attendance.

This session gives the over, 24,000 Managers in England a chance to meet with fellow managers and hear from a very experienced and knowledgeable panel with all the relevant hot topics, updates on the CQC Single Assessment Framework, guidance on Recruitment and with support on your Wellbeing.

The show is an opportunity for you as care professionals to take time out to look at innovative solutions to some of the many issues facing social care today. you can talk with manufacturers, and hear many and varied presentations, all contributing to your CPD. as well as training providers, CQC and SfC.

Innovation is a key theme and so important for the future of social care providers, you’ll have the opportunity to talk with makers and see products demonstrated. as the new CQC Single Assessment Framework rolls into action and the need for Digital Social Care Records to be in place approaches, you need to know what is available and what is best for your organisation.

You’ll be aware that supporting the care and mental health of your valued staff has become a priority, take the opportunity to look at employee assistance programmes, learn how to support their mental health and gain knowledge of that all important area; Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, something that will crop up in CQC and Local Authority Quality Assessment Team inspections. You can join a panel discussion on EDI chaired by Dudley Sawyerr, a leading member of SfC’s EDI Committee.
